1. The Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Osmet LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as AdvisorMatch® (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website https://advisormatch.ai or our lead-routing infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AdvisorMatch® provides a B2B SaaS platform and technology interface designed to facilitate connections between prospective clients and financial professionals. We provide data-routing, intake synchronization, and lead-management software.

3. No Professional Advice

We are a technology company, not a financial firm. AdvisorMatch® and Osmet LLC do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided on the platform is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information or other content on the platform before making any decisions based on such information.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

  • Billing: Fees for software access or lead-routing services are billed in accordance with the specific plan selected at the time of purchase.

  • Cancellations: Subscription terms and cancellation policies are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the time of onboarding.

5. Intellectual Property

AdvisorMatch® is a federally registered trademark of Osmet LLC. All software, code, proprietary algorithms (including the infrastructure), logos, and content are the exclusive property of Osmet LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for its intended business purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Osmet LLC or its brand divisions be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Osmet LLC and its employees, contractors, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
