1. Corporate Structure

AdvisorMatch® is a registered assumed name (DBA) and a digital brand wholly owned and operated by Osmet LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. All transactions, technical infrastructure, and data management are governed by the parent entity, Osmet LLC.

2. Not a Financial or Investment Advisor

AdvisorMatch® is a technology platform and B2B SaaS provider. We are not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and no part of our website or services should be construed as such.

3. Nature of the Service

Our platform, acts as a data-routing and intake synchronization tool for financial professionals. We facilitate the connection between prospective clients and financial advisors. Any professional relationship formed between a user and a financial advisor is strictly between those parties. Osmet LLC (dba AdvisorMatch®) is not a party to, and has no liability for, any such relationship or the advice provided therein.

4. Referral & Service Fees

Osmet LLC receives compensation from the financial professionals and firms participating in the AdvisorMatch® network. This compensation is generally paid as a flat fee for software access, data routing, or qualified business inquiries. The receipt of this compensation may influence which professionals are featured or prioritized on the platform.

5. No Endorsement

A match on the AdvisorMatch® platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or testimonial by Osmet LLC of any specific financial professional. We do not conduct “background checks” beyond verifying basic professional licensing status at the time of onboarding. We strongly encourage all users to conduct their own due diligence by checking a professional’s record via the SEC Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) or FINRA BrokerCheck.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osmet LLC and its brand divisions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our matching services or the performance of any professional connected through our platform.
